MedAdhere

MedAdhere is a serverless SMS platform for monitoring medication adherence in a small test cohort. Patients receive scheduled check-ins at dose time and reply in free text. The system converts each reply into a structured adherence outcome, and a conversational clinical agent carries the exchange further: it understands follow-up statements, remembers corrections, asks bounded clarifying questions, and builds an append-only clinical record that a clinician reviews through a day-oriented dashboard.
